剛剛過去一個多月 我有點忙得透不過氣來 然而，數算起來有很多值得感恩的事: 1. 教授完一個非常 intensive 的intensive course 要把原本一個學期的東西擠在5 teaching days ( 9-ish to 5pm) 內完成 同學仔，你們十倍的投入學習好鼓勵我有二十倍的教學熱誠 大家都辛苦了…但不要忘記下星期五要交的final paper 2. 三天內完成packing + 搬家 當完成packing後，我很驚訝自己有那麼多的belongings 30+boxes including hundreds of books, CDs, etc. 搬家真的蠻辛苦…不過也是一個好機會讓我好好整理美國 (還有六個箱子是原封不動的…) 跟香港的雜物 3. 去了兩個三天的retreat 學習靜處、聆聽內心的聲音、重新檢視及調校人生方向 4. 接受了一本醫院雜誌訪問 (九月下旬出版) 謝謝他們給我拍了新一輯的近照 Here is one of my favorite pics: [...]

下星期便是母親節 …I’d like to say to all moms: Pre-HaPPy HapPY Mommy’s Day! 前兩天接受明報訪問 (MAY 5th 出版)，今次的主角不是我 ，而是我媽媽 採訪者是一位不平凡、雖經歷喪子之痛仍樂觀面對人生的母親–陳敏兒女士 這兩位不平凡的母親 chit-chat 起來當然有講之不盡的話題 當中有提及我從不知情的往事… 往事一: 我媽媽是一個很愛哭的媽媽；小時侯的我是個非常「活躍 」的女孩子 常常嚐到 「雞毛掃紋豬肉」的滋味 由於我家被罰的原則是不會打我的手和腳 (因為怕弄傷我的傷口)… 所以我的hip-hip 因此也有過「火箭」的痕跡… 當我還未知錯 、還未掉出眼淚來的時候 我那愛哭的媽媽就巳經哭出來 往事二: 當我出生的時候，媽媽一時接受不了我身體上的缺憾 她跟社工說想丟棄我… 原來她一直很介意自己要不得的思想 為了彌補她對我的虧欠…所以她特別疼愛我 甚至小時侯的妹妹也因此嫉妒起來 直到後來她才說我給我聽 她在一次公開場合的聚會中跟遙遠的我說對不起 (因我當時還在美國諗書…) 其實我很敬佩我的媽媽 她對我無私的愛和照顧…that really melts my heart So I’d like to say to [...]
